How soon????

I was just wondering how soon it would show that you are having twins on a scan?? I had a scan at 6+5 and could only see one dot.....But my partner already has twins. I am just wondering if it would of been seen on the scan if there were two...???

my kuz had a scan at 6 weeks and she havin twins there were two dots with a heart beat she is due in a months time

You wouldn't be able to tell that soon. They may be able to tell on the 12 week but even then they sometimes miss one x
