Hi, I have a baby and can completely relate to how you're feeling. I felt quite emotional during my pregnancy as I didn't get much sleep. It's prob because you're not sleeping well that you're feeling emotional; are you able to ask a friend or family member to help with your three year old so you can have a nap during the day? If your partner's able to go off and do things with your child at the wknd, that would be a good time for you to rest and recharge your batteries.
i am nearly 36 week pregnant and i feel so tired and emotional i get about 2-3 hours sleep everynight and my 3 year gets up constantly threw night is it normal to feel this bad i just want my baby born and get it over and done with and ideas how to get some sleep and not be an emotional wreck
