I'm just waiting for ivf, rang up on day 1 and they said I could go in for scan and bloods which according to the book they gave me means i have been accepted for treatment. Got all excited at the thought of actually starting, but the hosp is having refurbishment and is sending paitents to private hosp, which sounds good but now have to wait till they send notes to hosp and they ring back. Don't see why I had scan n bloods done cos I only had them done 6wks ago and will probably have to have them again with other hosp. I realy hate all this waiting around. :(
hi oh poor you.just as you think your getting somewhere.dont really know much about ivf but i know they need to get accurate info to try and give you the best chances of it working.its a big pain but at least your nearly starting,are you having it on the nhs?i've heard of 2yr waits and that you have to be trying 3yrs to get it.just try to get yourself in a good place with your acupuncture and diet etc cos ivf will be hard.i hope that you get to start sn and have my fingers crossed for you!tc
