Justice For Baby Jayden

omg. i am mouth open and disgusted. i mean its like murder, outright. i think who ever made that law did not have kids and this is something they need to change. so unreal what life means to these people.if i was a dr i would not stand for that and would do something. even if it ment losing my license.lets hope the petition helps. :(

My Grandma told me about this story. I don't know how the doctors can just sit back and do nothing, don't they become doctors to help prolong and protect life? I also don't know how, as a parent, you could cope and move on from having this happen to you. My heart goes out to baby Jayden's parents and anyone else who has had to go through this.

Its totally unacceptable..if a baby is born breathing then surely they should at least attempt some kind of help?

i joined this a while ago now so hope other people join it to! my best friends baby was born at 23+3 and he lived for 48minutes before he lost his fight for life and she begged them for help and they just left him to die & she only spent around 30minutes with her son while he was alive as she was screaming and begging for someone to help him law needs changing!

I came across a story in a magazine about baby Jayden who because he was born 2days before being classed as a baby and not a fetus...wasnt allowed to be saved. Doctors literally watched him die. He lived for nearly 2hrs..I am disgusted at this law and think it should be changed.
