if your period was atleast a month ago as far as u can remember u can start testing from now id do a test once a week for about 3weks and if no joy with a bfp or another af after a 3week period go see ur gp 4 tests 2 c wats up good luck

I missed a cycle so was in same position, I ended up testing once every couple of weeks with cheap tests (with tests for 99p now you could test more often) when I got a positive on a cheap one I used a digital conception indicator to get more exact dates to go from. x
