NOT TALKING TWO YEAR OLDS.

haya, my son is 19 months and it seems as if can not be bothered to talk. we talk to him 3 languages, therefore i thought that THAT might be THE problem, however my health visitor esure me otherwise. he gets frustreted when he get his message across. anyone who is also non-english and is from different country then partner is (3 languages) and having a tip how to go around it?
