Can anyone Help!!

Hi, im 20 weeks pregnant with my fourth child and nearly all the way through I've been in alot of pain. My last pregnancy wasn't the easiest of pregnancy's. I spent most of it in hospital due to pains and other things. I was anxious when i found out I was pregnant again. The main problem is that this pain is controlling my life, i've had alot of operations in the past and i keep getting told its because the baby is pushing against the scar tissue inside, but this isn't making me feel any better. I can take paracetamol as the moment I take it I don't stop being sick for hours. I'm at the end of my wit and got to the point of crying alot. Can anyone help with advice or has anyone been through this? (sorry for the long post)

I dont do a yoga class, just yoga dvds I find them really useful. I have a pregnancy one I used beofre m/c and now have a 'normal' dvd have just started using. I find the principles surrounding yoga really interesting - used to think is was just a load of rubbish but is helping me a lot!! I dont like going places new either, dunno how other people do it lol!! Good luck finding a way through this hun xx

Just sseen your post and although I have no useful advice at all to give as I havent been in your position - just wanted to say how hard it must be for you, try to keep strong and positive as that will help but you are obviously going to feel low from time to time. Is there anything you can do to relieve the pain like yoga or other meditation/relaxation? Often the pain we feel is made worse by tension in the body so although it might not get rid of it it might help??? It must feel like such a long way to go but you have done so well so far and you will have another beautiful baby at the end of it, I am sure you will look back and feel it was worth every minute - probably doesnt help right now tho I guess :S xx
Hi, i have been given stronger pain relief but doesn't work. The only thing that helps is strong but to have that i have to stay in hospital which isn't something i want to do. I know at the end of it all it will be worth it, but its getting to there. I.ve not tried yoga but im not from here originally and only have a hand full of friends and there not really into that and im no good at trying things on my own (sad i know). Thanks for the reply
