Natures Clomid

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of or tried an over the counter medication called soy isoflavones its known as natures clomid and supposedly has fewer side effects on top of being alot more inexpensive. The worst of the side effects are hot flashes and headache. Just wondered if anyone knew anything about it.

No I have only heard of Agnus Castus which is supposed to regulate irregular cycles but this can cause uterine contractions to best to take it before ttc for a couple of months or first part of cycle then stop at ovulation. x
