Possible endometroid cysts! Laparoscopy??

Hi i am 21 years old and in and out of hospital. I have been trying to concieve for over 2 years now and had no luck, i have been diagnosed with possible edometriod cysts, i am not sure what type they are untill i go for my operation. I found out that i had 3 cysts on my left ovarie and 1 cyst inside my right ovarie which bled. I am also worried that my fallopian tubes are blocked given the circumstances that i have never been able to concieve. Am i still able to concieve?? I am very worried?? please help? x

To be honest no one on here will be able to tell you if you can conceive or not - only a qualified medical professional can give you that answer BUT that said many people with worse conditions have gone on to conceive - modern medicine allows many miracles to happen. xxx
