Hi girls, I need some advice. I've been off the pill for 3 months, had 3 periods 28 days, 29 days and 37 days! I have recently bought some opk's and am getting confused with them. I tested on day 10 and got a negative but the line was very noticable, just not as dark as the control line. And now, every day since its been either very faint or not there at all. Im on day 14 now. Also, I don't think i've had and ewcm this month, or last. Last night and today I have been getting lower abdominal pain and twinges on and off, could this be ovulation? I am so confused, I don't know if I have ovulated at all after coming off the pill. Has anyone else gone through this? And advice would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou.

Because I have a long cycle, I ovulate later. Im on day 20 and according to the test I should ovulate in the next 24 to 36 hours! Yey! Better get busy! Lol xx

how do these test work? i dont know whats going on since i came off the pill. dont know whether to take advice from hubby and let 'nature takes it course' or get a kit and try at the right times!
I would have sex every other day and if that doesn't work then try the tests!! x

Thanks girls, if I don't get pregnant this month (which I doubt) I think i'll give them a go. Wish they didnt cost so much though! lol xx
hi try ebay i know they are second hand but you only wee on the strips not the actual monitor thats what im doing if i dont get bfp either this month x

i know some tests don't work. i used the first response set for a month and that worked well , or else there are the digital tests that you get,
there are other ways of noticing O/V. and that is twinges/pain feeling hotter and a discharge will be more.i know its hard to detect all these but they do help a long with the test,
i would get new different tests to start off with and try use your body signs as well

hi, have u thought of trying the digital ovulation sticks? i was fed up trying to decide if the line was the same as or stronger each time so i bought these instead and they show a smiley face if ovulating. we notice a difference in dates when we used this and got pregnant that month. good luck x
