I found dry toast worked wonders. I took it everywhere with me. Made the world of difference. Orange juice and fruit (strawberrys, raspberrys, peaches - summer fruit) helped me a lot. I only ended up being physically sick twice. Good luck with it. I did find it comforting in a way, cause I knew my body was doing what it needed to do to make my baby happy. x x

Hi. I find eating little and often keeps my sickness at bay. I have smaller snacks every couple of hours and i didnt think they wud work but my friend suggested travel sickness bands and they actually seemed to help, everyone commented on me lookin and acting better when they didnt know i had them on so its worth a go. I'm 4 weeks also, and also feeling really sick. I haven't quite worked out how to keep it at bay but what I find works is never letting yourself get hungry... keep nibbling on lots of sweet fruit like grapes. I have found ginger biscuits don't work for me :( but I guess everyones different. I hope you don't feel sick for too long! We have to keep thinking, it's all worth it in the end! :D Good luck!

I'm having the same problems, I've heard nibbling on ginger biscuits helps? I'm going to give it a go as feeling and being sick is not my favourite thing but at least I know it's for a good cause , Congratualtions on your pregnancy xx
