hi i sort of get it lol do you have to wee on it every day though?even on you period?or just when it asks you to?,when you get 2 or 3 lines you know you should be baby dancing,is it technical like you have to push and hold dwn buttons or really straight foward as im abit dim when it comes to stuff like that x
The most difficult bit is resetting it when you buy a used one (but its a clear explanation in the book). After that it's easy. On day 1 of AF you hold down the M button until it flashes. Then, every day after that you turn it on with a big button at the side. It will tell you if you need to wee on a stick (not for the first 6 days which will be your AF). If you do need to then you wee on a stick, push it into the machine, leave it for 5 mins and take it out when it tells you too. Then it will tell you what your fertility status is, then you turn it off. On the days you don't need to wee on a stick you just turn it on, look then off again. The more months you use it for the less times you will need to wee on a stick. For instance last month (my first month using it) I had to start weeing on a stick from day 6 right round to day 28. This time I didn't have to start weeing on a stick until day 10 as it's got to know that i have a 35 day cycle.
Having said how good it is I'm having a weird month this month. Last month i had 2 days of high fertility (shown by 2 bars) then 2 days of ovulation (shown by 3 bars), then 1 day of high fertility. I expected the same this month, but today got my 3rd day of high fertility but no ovulation yet. Bit disappointed but maybe i'm not going to ovulate this month. Would still buy one though.
yeh got a clearblue one. On day 1 of ur period u switch it on & set it for day one. It recommends u set it for 1st pee of morning & u have a 6 hour window. so, for example I set it for 6am so i could pee from 3am until 9am (the joys of shift work) & obviously ur period don't come at that time so u can set it up until day 5 so if u switch it on when it's ur 4t day of period u hold the button to move it to day 4 but always bear in mind when u set it each month with the 6 hour window. Then usual at around day 9 a sign for testing comes up & u pee & it'll tell u weather ur at 1, 2 or 3 bars. it'll keep asking u to pee on sticks until u peak at 3 bars & come back down to 1. Then a few days before ur period comes a little m wil start flashing to say ur due (or getting a BFP, hopefully). does all this make sense I don't no if I'm explaining it properly, but it's sooo easy to use

I no the feeling!!! I won't lie, we totally weren't relgious at dancing everytime I was at 2 bars or even at 3. We just made sure we did it at least once when i was at that 2/3 bar mark. but it was usually just at the 3 bar mark, due to my shift work I was usually too shattered. also ppl told me if i knew I was at 2 bars & no I'm gonna be 3 the next day is to dance 1st thing in the morning cause ur more relaxed & ur meant to be at ur peak at 7am, don't no how true that is, but anything is worth a try when ur trying.

When you got pregnant using it were you baby dancing every day of high fertility? Sorry for asking personal question but I'm on day 2 of high fertility (should get peak tomorrow i think) and I'm shattered tonight, not really in the mood to dance! Thanks.

I bought one & think that they r fab!!!! We had been trying for a year when I fell pregnant, then I had a M/C & started trying again straight away, after another year of trying we were getting so fed up & all tests were clear & decided to buy one of these. For the 1st few months I went through a box of tests a month but then a box did me a couple of months, because the monitor gets to no ur cycle & u don't need to use as many sticks once it knows ur body. It took us 6 months from using it to fall pregnant. But I loved the monitor cause My periods were all over the place & I ovualted at a diferent day(s) each month. Also, it became like 2nd nature to put it on 1st thing & see if a test is needed. I would highly recommend it!!!
