Hello, im trying to persuade hubby to take me away in Feb (well, ill probably end up organsing it myself but he enjoys it more if he thinks it was his idea :-) , Ill be 7 1/2 months pregnant and want to get one last relaxing sun drenched beachy holiday in before the baby arrives, (ive been warned that i wont get another for 16 years ;-) i'll probably be hiding any curves with a huge kaftan and sweating like crazy but im determined to give it go! so where to go? warm in Feb, but not too hot, with a reasonable flying distance, and no threat of water infections and dodgy food, where tubby pregnant ladies wont feel like a beach ball. any suggestions????
if i were you id go as early as possible,you dont wanna be to big and tierd to enjoy yourself! plus if you go later on you wont be able to do much walking due to back ache and other annoying pregnancy problems! have fun where ever you decide to go! x
ooh canary islands is a good idea! any idea which island is the quietest, Last time i went there i was 21 and loved the clubbing scene, not sure id appreciate that now though ;-)
oh thought you could fly later than that? I just did a search and most airlines allow up to 35 weeks. no problem though guess we can go earlier. Im 16 weeks today so end of jan/ beg of feb will be fine! thanks though!
I would suggest the canary islands i have been there in Jan and Feb and has been hot but not boiling. As the other girls say you might have to go a little earlier on holiday as you may not be able to travel then!! Hope you get your sun and sand before the little one arrives i had my last adult holiday in June and got pregnant!! ha ha Nicxxx
Think you may have to go earlier as you can't fly in your third trimester. Like Bobbysgirl said the cut off is 30 weeks. You'll have to look into insurance as if you are allowed to go they may charge you a lot for the insurance and flight as you'll be classed as high risk x
