Could me 8 month old be having a grow spurt??

My 8 months old little girl is weaned on 3 meals a day & has 14ozs of milk plus 2ozs of water after each meal.. For the last 3 days she been waking twice in the night for extra milk feeds, could this be a growth spurt that she is going through?? Thanks in advance girlies xx

I am taking her to be weighed next week i think but she feels so much heavier x

sounds like it might be growth spurt hun i was told they last around a week or so. my daughter had growth spurt round this time and when her height was measured at this time it was off the charts and her weight shot up coz she'd grown so much in matter of weeks! x x
