bowel surgery and pregnancy

i had my large bowel removed and now have an illeo anal pouch, i conceived naturally and i am 11 weeks pregnant but i have no idea what will happen to my surgery site and i'v been told i'l have to have a cessarrean. can someone give me some advice as to what will happen to my belly and if i'l get more pain as i get bigger or is there any potential problems?
