Gurgle expert Fiona Ford says:
Indigestion and heart burn can be common during pregnancy. There are certain things that can make it worse in some people, for example large, rich, fatty or spicy meals, going long periods without food or rushing meals.
Try writing down what, and when, you are eating and when your symptoms are worst, this might help you to identify what is causing it.
When you are eating try to sit up straight and at a table, making sure you have a good posture. If it is bothering you at night try propping yourself up with a few pillows and leave at least three hours after eating before going to bed.
Wearing loose clothing, not smoking and trying not to bend over, bending at the knees instead, can all help to stop these symptoms. It is also thought that caffeine and alcohol can make symptoms worse in some people.
It is always a good idea to talk to your midwife about any problems you are having as she knows you personally, but trying some of the above may mean you can give the gaviscon a miss.
Hope they help and Good Luck for the 10th! You must be like super women juggling 4 kids already especially being 33 weeks gone at the same time! I'm the 2nd of 4 myself and have no idea how my mum organized us all, this is only my second and my elder girl drives me loopy quite well all on her own ;) x
Have you spoken to a MW about the sickness part of it before? If your baby's laying in an awkward way then she might be putting pressure on your stomach which of course will not be helping either the sickness or the heartburn, your MW might have some suggestions on encouraging your baby to move, have heard of laying upside down (legs pointing up the back bit of the sofa) can help them move as a long term solution but not sure what that'd do for your sickness or heartburn in the short term though. Where your others born on time or early or late? Because the only other helpful thing I can think to say is you hopefully don't have much long left to suffer as Christmas time is your Due date and that does not seem that far off in shopping day terms! Try to focus on the new little girl you'll not long be holding :) and definitely speak to your MW for some advice x

Always worth asking the advice of a professional, it's what their there for! Did you get heartburn with your previous pregnancy's? Tends to be recurring and is due to the relaxation of the muscles that usually hold the top of your stomach closed so that some of your stomach acid can escape back up. Eating little and often can help as you'll need less stomach acid to digest the smaller portions compared to filling your stomach and producing a lot of stomach acid. x
hey had it with my otheres never this bad she is breech and acording to midife has lots of hair too . i dont eat a great deal anyway everythink seems to make me feel sick at moment getting so stressed and fed up all i wanna do is cry
