hi girls.
i cant remember if it is safe to sleep on your stomach while pregnant. i know you cant do it later on but in the early stage.its so comfy laying on my tummy but i am a little worried its not good.
what do you think.
i dont know about you buts its the only way i can sleep at the minute and im 13 weeks any other position is uncomfortable and i cant sleep
i no this will sound stupid but wont it harm or sqash you baby sum how? x
Baby is well protected. You won't harm baby by sleeping on your tummy. I was worried about this and was constantly waking up to move onto my side untill my mum told me not to worry and just go with what is comfy. I can sleep on my side and sometimes fall asleep that way but more often than not i end up on my stomach.
am sure its fine - as long as its comfortable
