get yourself out of the house. i eat when i'm bored, when Seren was first born i lived off choccy hobnobs, now i get out of the house and go to mum and baby groups and mess about on my wii fit my eating automatically improved. also fill your self up on complex carbs, like add sweet potato and carrots/suede to mash potato (good comfort food), soups are also quite filling and use wholemeal toast. and drink plenty as most of the time when you think your hungry you actually have your signals crossed and your probably a little dehydrated. and i know this is hard but don't try to think about a diet or losing weight, if you obsess over it then all you end up thinking of is food food food. good luck sweety, and big hugs, i know how you feel :)

Yeah u cnt deny urself a wee desert. I usually dnt feel so bad cos i walk lots and convince myself it balances out, but its horrendous weather so cnt do that :P Having sum grapes jst now, u feel so mch better eating healthy nd to go a healthy shop!! xx
Yeh just eat smaller portions or for example..for xmas dinner,pile loads of veg on your plate and turkey, a little bit of gravy and you are good to go. You could have a low fat dessert for afters so you dont feel like you are missing out? This is what Im planning on doing. x
Never been a very health conscious person, try my best but crisps//chocolate always win :P When i was pregnant i really was so healthy craved fruit/veg but as soon as Charlie was born all i lived on was coffee and chocolate now im jst bak to eating rubbish and feel yuk and have constant trumpet trousers :P Really need to give maself a shake but is it possible to eat well over the festivities?!? Jst a big moan!! xx
