It sounds as if you're both very busy, but it's important that you make time for each other to maximise your chance of conceiving. Why don't you set aside a night or two this wk where you guys can have a romantic dinner and set the tone? If you have early nights the other evenings, then hopefully you will have more energy on those special romantic evenings.
you sound like my husband and me when we were trying its hard when your busy and have work but i found in the morning before we had to get up was the best time for us and i always went to work with a smile on my face ready for the day ahead (it also helped to have some chewing gum on my bed side table so i didnt have to get up to brush my teeth to get rid of morning breath lol) Good luck !
book a 2 week holiday and forget about work for a while!all that sun and sangria's bound to help!
