Mothers day

Sounds like most of us had a good day :)

well i got a card, well 2 actually as he thought the first one didnt look much (it was one from your little monster and he thought id want a soppy one lol) a i love mummy keyring that opens and he has put 2 pictures of Finley in there and some chocolate (that apparently my mum brought for Finley to give me) Bit peeved seeing his mum has got a lovely bottle of rose champers, and he spends a couple of quid on a keyring for me. But then he has taken over all child duties today - so ive not had to do anything, just play with Finley and watch tv, also we all popped into town and then had lunch together. Later we're all going out for a meal with my mum and dad and his mum and partner. So although i got a cheapy prezzie, he is starting to realise how hard it is to juggle house work and looking after Fin.

We both wor shifts, so oh said could he have a lie in on Sat and my turn Sun. I then remembered that I had decided to go to netball training at 9 on Sun. I could have left it til next week but as I'm on a health kick at the mo, I didn't want to put it off. So hubby was going to sort lo out when she got up, well I left home at 8.45 with both of them still fast alseep!!!!! I got a lovely card, no pressies as we've got no money. Our mums don't live nearby, so they got cards and a phonecall this morning xx

well i got spoilt wiv flowers, a teddy bear, a lovely hangin heart, and an award for bein the best mum lol!! was funny! now daddy is cookin a lovely beef roast im doin nothing!! happy days!! xxxx

well my boyfriend went to footy at 9 this mornin so i hadnt go ta card or anything, came bak at half 12 wit a card quickly wrote it, got the card, now hes gon bak out to the pub to watch footy til god knows when, great mothers day, least my lil 1 cnt leave me, well he is crawlin!

taking my mummy out for dinner when she gets back for work, woke up to a mothers day card that says to mummy from the bump on the front, gorgeous words inside, made me cry, o i love hormones!!

instead of waking upto cards & presents i woke up to sicky pj's & a very poorly boy so spent my mothers day morning at the out of hours gp unit waiting to be seen & gotta get antibiotics down my son who absolutley hates medicine & i have such a hard time getting him to take it but also steriod tablets too they reckon hes got asthma so been the worst mothers day ever

Well I'm working an extra shift on Sunday morning as I didn't know it was mothers day before I booked it (thicko) Oh well not to worry!!!! Paul is pretty good at prezzies though and a parcel has come today (Royal Mail slip through door so he had better get his bum to the post office!!!) He did say it was some thing I liked so quite excited now!!!! Although saying that he once bought me a pair of RED shoes!!!! When I EVER said I liked red shoes I do not know!!!!! Oh god knows what this present is... although saying as it's technically off Poppy I will LOVE it anyway!!!! xx
