I was just wondering if any of you have any thoughts: I am 26, married almost 7 years. Hubby has always wanted to start a family and I was the one to drag my feet. I am from a "broken home" and kind of worried about what kind of parent I'll be. Now - I want to have a baby, terribly. But my motherinlaw lives with us, with her 4 yr ols - I know, sounds crazy, but she lists all these reasons we aren't ready to be parents. And, trust me, they are good ones. I am finishing law school, hubby is finishing his PhD - but I don't know how much longer I will be able to wait. I just can't explain it - but I dream about a snugglebug all the time. Should I keep waiting? When will I know I am ready?

Good regular penetrative sex is always helpful when trying for a baby!
folic acid is the one they recommend here, but my sister lives in the states and they recommend loads more
I took pregnacare tablets as they have loads vitamins etc in them for mums. I got them from the local chemist
I'm trying for a baby and have been taking folic acid - is there any other supplements people recommend?
