Hi Clementine, As you have probably been told morning sickness is very common and can last throughout the day & not just in the morning and for more than 12/14 weeks !
A few things that may help and worth a try if you haven't already; try and eat small amounts e.g even a little toast or any plain foods may help ease the sickness ? As one of the main problems with morning sickness is that if you feel sick you don't want to eat so you eat less and it then causes your sugar levels to drop, which causes you to feel even more sick - so try and eat a little and whenever you can. You can also try ginger biscuits, use sickness travel bands as might be worth a go and also have a chat with your Midwife - do let me know how you get on Lizzie

I thought I'd got over my morning sickness pretty early on. I'm now 17 weeks pregnant and experiencing uncontrolable morning sickness again. It's very difficult to make it through the day, I've had to take sveral days off work so far. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to ease it?
