hi. i went through the same thing with my family when i became pregnant but they began to accept it and really helped me during the pregnancy. I now have a 15 week old and they all adore her. Hope everything works out.

I am 9 weeks pregnant with my second child and also had bleeding. Went to the hosp and scan revealed my baby has a heatbeat and is fine but there is a large area of bleeding and i will prob bleed again at some point. Was told what will be will be and its just wether the baby holds on or is lost with the bleeding. Has anyone else had similar situation? Really stressed out, its just a waiting game and is driving me mad.

First of all you have to decide what is more important in your life at the moment, yes your family may be disapointed in you but they will gain so much more by having this baby, the worst you can do is worry over this, you can still finish your education, and be part of a strong family, those who appreciate your efforts for making a better life for yourself and also making a good life for your baby, will understand this is not the end of the world for you but only the beginning of a special bond for everyone you will see stay strong and live your life

Hi I bled in weeks 7-9 during pregnancy as did my sister, and friend, it can be normal and just rest and dont lift anything heavy. Hope all is well

Hi, i have one child we are trying for our 2nd. I found out is was pregnant at 6 weeks and unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. I dont mean to worry you but i started to bleed very lightly, i didnt have any pains. I was given another preg test which came back negative. I would strongly advise that you tell your GP/midwife straight away. I havngt had a scan as i was too early in preg. Please see your midwife as soon as you can. You will prob be ok but better safe then sorry. Please let me know how you get on. xxx
