twins????

had early scans 25/03/08 and 08/04/08 which made me 3+6 weeks and 5+6 weeks first scan didnt show anything and second showed 1 heartbeat. am i just being paranoid because got scan 2moro and i now 10+6 weeks and am wondering if maybe early scans didnt pick up twins and now this 1 will also had terrible growing pains (i think thats what they are and midwife does) and feel really rubbish didnt have any sickness or tiredness on first pregnancy and wondered if any 1 with twins had similar experience with scans?
