When I travelled abroard with children in nappies I always made sure I had enough nappies for the outward and inward journey and then one for each night. I then felt sure I had a trusted brand for these important times. For the rest of the time I went with the local type. Often cheaper and you know you won't run out. Enjoy yourself.

We stayed at Flic en Flac in an apartment that my husbands family had arranged.All the hotels look lovely out there where are you staying?
Hi ive been to Mauritus they have some big supermarkets & hypermarkets there I would say get them there but its a good suggestion to take a few days supply just in case.I feel quite jealous you going lucky you.Hope you have a great time Stephxx

Hi we are traveling to mauritius in Aug with our son who will be one then... Are we better off taking nappies from here or buying them over there? Has anyone been and know how much and where to get them from. Just 2 weeks worth of nappies takes up a lot of space! This may be a silly question as obviously you'd get them from a shop but just wondering how easy etc? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi, i live in Spain and the nappies thatwe get out here are alot cheaper than the ones in England os i've been told. You can get them in any supermarket or shop. Don't worry about taking your own, maybe take enough for the first couple of days, just incase. Hope this helps x x
