Itchy rash (not exzema) milla?

My daughter's (nearly 8 weeks) has got a rash which was that normal newborn rash to begin with but i don't know if it is now. Its red and hot to touch, its all over her face, behind her ears and today she has it on an arm and both legs. When shes in bed it seems to bother her and she rubs her face with her hands. Is it just heat rash, or an allergy to something or what? When i went to get her weighed i asked about it and the lady didn't seem bothered, but last time she told me to put aquias cream on her and that reeeeally didn't help.
