Hi there, my 1yr old son used to have a very good napping pattern - down at 9.30am - 11.30/12.00, and also in the afternoon 2 - 2.30pm - 3.30 - 4pm. However lately he has been taking longer to go down in the morning - 11am - 11.30 and waking up after a shorter sleep ie 12noon - 12.30pm. He is also either going down for a short nap ie 1/2hr between 4.30 - 5pm or else not having a nap at all. He is still a very good sleeper through the night 7.30pm - 7.30am, but I'm just concerned that he's not getting enough sleep through the day, although he isn't tetchy or bad tempered (no more than usual for a toddler!). Any advice welcome. Thanks.
