I am pregnant with my second child, last time I had a high risk of Downs Syndrome and had an amnio to rule it out. She was born healthy, but now I'm pregnant again will I still have a high risk?

You do not say why you were high risk. I am assuming it was because of your age. It is well established that the risk of Downs sydrome increases with age- that increase rises slowly from the a woman's thirties onwards - so there is more of a risk that a baby will have downs syndrome when a woman is 37 than there is if she is 34. The risk rises quite sharply for women in their 40s. If age was the reason you were high risk last time, the birth of a healthy baby will not have changed things. Since you are now older than you were in your last pregnancy the risk will in fact be a little higher this time.
