Hi I would recommend Davina McCall's Pre and Post Natal DVD it was brilliant. Gentle exercises during pregnancy and tummy exercises for after giving birth. Which can all be done with just a mat in your own home. Good luck.

I would recommend Erin O'Brian's Pre-Natal Fitness Fix. Very good and very safe.

Hi everyone, wondered if I could pick your brains, I really enjoy excises and want to be as fit as I can before during and after my pregnancy, I currently do low impact aerobics’ and walking. I hate the idea of the gym and joining excises classes so follow fitness DVD’s at home, although these DVD’s are good they are not designed for pregnancy and I don’t want to do anything that will do damage to me or the baby during the pregnancy or after. I was wondering if any one could recommend so good fitness DVDs to do now to prepare my body for pregnancy and birth, and any good ones to do after my six-week check. Thanks very much, and good luck to everyone at whatever stage or place they are at. Take Care Amy x
