I used an osteopath during my 3rd pregancy which really helped, just make sure whichever kind of practitioner you use they are registered with the relevant professional body and are experienced in treating during pregnancy as there are areas of the body which shouldn't be massaged/manipulated during pregnancy.
I went to see a chiropractor too and it helped, as did swimming. funnily enough i dont' have such bad back ache with my secnod pregnancy
My friend went to see a chiropractor when she was pregant and she had back pain - it helped her.
can you get a massage? some therapists have those beds with a hole for your bump to rest in! try some yoga or swimming and a swiss ball might help too
