ive been told to try leaving one arm out for a few days, then the other, then gradually loosening before changing to a sleeping bag. slow and steady wins the race! :)
i understand why that would be a pain. if your baby insists on being swaddled you could try a thin sheet in the summer to stop the little mite from over heating or maybe a light weight baby sleeping bag? to try and get the baby out of this habit why don't you try gradually loosing the 'swaddle' over a period of time so that it can slowly get use to the idea of it not being there so that when you eventually stop doing it it won't be such a shock?
Hi, my baby is nearly 8 months old and still likes to be swaddled. It's driving me mad particularly as the weather gets warmer this will just be an additional layer and I'm afraid of overheating. Do you have any suggestions on how to stop my baby wanting to be swaddled.
