Hi everyone. My son is nearly 5months old and is constantly gnawing at his fists, dribbling and today he was just moaning all day and crying nothing would settle him, is it a sign his first tooth is cutting through?
Deffently teething. My son started teething at 3 months, he was and still is chewing on everything, especially his hands and feet. i have used bonjela and calpol for the whole time and it works like a treat, also teething rings which you can put in the fridge help a lot! He is 8months now and has 7 teeth.

yes it does sound like it. my son also starting pulling at his ears alot when he started teething along with the dribbling and the fact nothing at all would calm him. if you have tried bonjella and it hasnt worked or he doenst like it, try orased gel (its raspberry flavoured, i think) my son loved it. it helped a bit to ease his pain.
