Just wondering if anyone has tried Rasperry Leaf Tea and found it help to bring on labour? Due in 4days patience is getting to me!!!

The best thing I found was eating a tub of fresh pineapple..2 hours later my waters broke :O). Lucas was born about 3 days late! I think he was happy and warm where he was.

I am 4 days overdue and have been drinking rasberry tea all day every day for a week. Also had fresh pineapple everyday for breakfast - doesn't seem to be working for me!! ny other tips would be greatly appreciated!
i don't think it works i have been drinking the tea for 5 days now and nothing but i do have another trick up my sleeves i heard that fresh pineapple is supposed to help bring you on so i am away to start on that i only have 6 days till my due date so fingers crossed i don't go over and good luck for you aswell.

Hi I know the feeling iv got 5days left iv tried the raspberry leaf capsuals from holland & barratt I was told it tones the muscles in the uterus rather than bring on labour but I have noticed my tightenings are coming on alot more.Well good luck hope it comes soon.Stephx

I tried it with my second pregnancy the week beford the due date. It tasted foul but then again I am not a tea drinker. Don't know if it was the tea or whether I persuade hubbie to do the honourable thing and have sex once that week too, but he was born on his due date.
