I'v got my partner on Zinc and Vit C tablets. I mite look into getting them Maca tablets tho!!
Does anyone know if Zinc, Vit C tablets etc have actually worked for people in the past??? Thanks x
Glad you got all the vitamins you needed! Can't help with the smoking bit as neither me or hubby smoked. The lap top thing we were told that all the heat from the computor would make the baby making parts too hot and it wasn't good for them. Not sure if it has any effect on women though.
Hi guys, thanks for all your response, I’ve just done the food shopping at Tesco’s and they had some Zinc and Vitamin C tablets, as well as some folic acid tablets really cheep. They also have 2 for £3 on the brazil nuts which luckily he really likes..lol. Tight underwear will not be a problem and I took the lab top off his lap, but I might struggle getting him to stop the hot baths. Seeing as everyone out there seems to know so much, dose anyone know…… how long it takes the sperm count to recover after you have stopped smoking? Thanks Amy

Vitamins C is also mean to be good. I have also read that Brazil nuts are good for the man.......

Hi my husband is taking Maca tablets, u can get them in a chemist or I get them from Healthy Direct website. Woman can also take them, we both take 2 a day with a meal. For men they increase sperm count and strengthen sperm and generally they r a fertility vitamin. Also smoking drecreases sperm count as does too much alcohol which is a shame because we both like a drink! Any way I wish u all the best x
