yep its normal the dried blood is like a scab so as you clean it it knocks off an dscabs over again try dabbing it after its clean and it should go within a few days

my son's cord fell of about week ago, but there is still dry blood around around his belly button. A soon as i clean it, a couple of days later it does the same thing is this normal?
