hi all, has any1 got sum tips on how 2 get rid of sickness? iv not actualy been sick but have a constant feelin of sickness which is reli horrible. iv gone off all food and even the thought makes me feel ill. xx

Go ahead yogurt bars, something to eat about 20 mins before going to sleep, crushed ice and rich team seem to help me a bit. I'm 14 weeks and just been diagnosed with servere morning sickness (something begining with h which I cannot spell). I find now sleeping in (if possible) helps and then little amounts until 10/11am soup is good to, more clear types than thick ones if you are struggling with fluids. Most of the time it is crushed ice and a straw for me though (even water has developed a smell) be worth it in the end though :o) Hope you feel better soon.x

ginger biscuits,rich tea biscuits, even a bit of dry toast can help settle your stomach! Hope it eases up for you soon as I know its not pleasant.x

i don't even feel sick,i'm sat here worrying incase something bad has happened(i miscarried earlier this year),but ginger biscuits worked for me last time

hey, iv been eatin n seems 2 have made my sickness go away, its just gettin the courage 2 eat when u feel so bad lol. all i can drink is water, everythink else makes me feel ill lol. i will try gettin ginger biscuits, when i was preg with my son i found crakeres helped b4 i got up but its abit difficault this time as when my sons cryin 4 me 2 gte up i feel bad leavin him 2 cry lol xxx

I am having exactly the same problem, I feel sick pretty much all day. I have started to eat anything I fancy when I fancy it. This seems to help a little as does eating the odd ginger biscuit.

Hello there, i was just the same between 6 and 8 weeks, in week nine now and it seems to have stopped, thank god. i went off everything apart from fruit and veg, i felt much better when i eat something, just something small and often. i have also heard that eating a ginger biscuit or two before you get out of bed helps, although i have not tried this, loads of people says it works. must be worth a go! i found the less i eat, the worse i felt so even if you dont think you can stomach anything, just give something little a go, you might be suprised at how much of it you manage to eat!
