I have been advised to use the mini-pill (POP) by my GP as it doesn't effect the baby (I am breastfeeding). However, I've read the leaflet and am worried about the side effects mentioned-irregular painful periods, headaches, spotty skin etc. Has anyone else suffered these side effects and would you advise against it because of these side effects? It also says not to use it if you have cysts. I have an endometriotic cyst so am confused now-should i be using it?
