Thanks Alison, I went to the docs this a.m and midwife seems to think it is irritable uterus also, did urine test everything normal.
Thanks again xx
It could be what we call an ‘irritable uterus’ non specific painless tightenings. However I would speak to your midwife for further reassurance as it could also be the start of a urine infection which is very common in pregnancy just to make sure.
I'M 30 WEEKS AND 3 DAYS PREGNANT AND I'M EXPERIENCING ALOT OF BRAXTON HICKS, I HAVE TWO OLDER CHILDREN WHICH I NEVER HAD THESE WITH, IS IT NORMAL TO GET THEM EVERYDAY FOR PAST WEEK? AND TO HAVE AROUND 6 TO 10 IN A DAY. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN UNBEARABLE JUST LIKE MILD PERIOD PAINS BUT ARE UNCOMFORTABLE MORE THAN ANYTHING, ALSO HAVE BACK ACHES WHEN THEY START....
