hiya as a mum of twins i found that my belly appeared at about 6 weeks and rapidly grew from there although i didnt find out it was twins until i was 20 weeks pregnant it was the movement i noticed at around 14-16 weeks that i thought was strange given it was my first pregnancy.

think peopel probably haven't answered this one as a mum of twins at 6 weeks probably wouldn't look any different as she wouldn't be showing yet! just didn't want you to think people weren't answering your question!
