I can feel myself getting achy with a winter cold. Does anyone know if you are allowed to take lemsips when you are pregnant?

Hi, The decongestant is not recommended as it is a stimulant in a similar way that caffeine is...... not good for your heart rate /baby's heart rate. There are some hot lemon drinks with just paracetamol and vit Cavailable which will give you some relief and comfort without the risks. Try an own brand one from Boots, check at the chemist counter before buying as they have a couple so make sure it is the one with no decongestant. hope you feel better.
