Do you out her down awake or does she fall asleep on you/with bottle? My HV advised putting my son down awake so he learned to fall asleep by himself. I bath him, give him a bottle & put him in his cot awake. It took about 5 nights of picking up/putting down but eventually he got the hang of it & now he sleeps like a dream.

Hiya what about putting her down half an hour later? What time do you do tea, bath and bottle? My 10 month oldhas dinner at 5.45pm, bath at 6.30pm and bottle at 7 followed by bed.
