hi. my son is 19 months old and he is quite thin. he eats alot just doesnt put alot of weight on. now ur girl is crawling ext, shel be burning off weight. some babies are chubby and others just arnt. as long as ur HV isnt concerned and your daughter is eating plenty and is happy i wouldnt worry bout it. i always get people comenting on how my son has little sparrow legs cus they so thin but hey thats him 4 u lol. hes happy and healthy and eats anything and everything lol. xxx
Hi again. I totally agree with yummiemummy. You in yourself will know if your baby is ok, and it sounds like she's very happy. Go and see the HV if it gives you reassurance, but in case it helps, my daughter has dropped a percentile, and I'm not worried about it - I can see she's happy and healthy and doing fine x

hi dear caroline, thanks for reply. my baby is ten months old and she is very happy and naughty baby, crawling and trying to stand, she is also feeding good, but lots of my friends and other people when see her they say she is very thin thats why i am being worried.

Hello Sameera. Good to hear back from you. Have you discussed these concerns with your HV? Maybe have her weighed again for peace of mind - and check she is in line with the growth curve for her percentile. I'm sure she'll be fine - but its nice for you to have the opinion of professionals - a HV will certainly tell you if she needs to gain more weight. How old is your daughter? Is she a happy baby and does she feed well? x

Hello Sameera. Have you had her weighed with the Health visitor? They'll be able to tell you whether your daughter is underweight or not, I'd seek advice from them x
hello dear caroline, Yes i weighed her some weeks ago they say she is ok, but if you see my daughter she seems very thin so thats why i am worring about it.
