I have already moved kian onto blue milk i did about a month ago he went off the formula milk so i just gave up and switched to cows milk he has a 9oz bottlew in the mornin and one a night also with his lunch he has milk in his cup and then a petit yogurt with breakfast lunch and dinner and then obviously milk on his cereal etc !!! i think i worked it out a while ago and it was just under the RDA but not by 2 much!! he took a few days to get used to the cows milk but is absaloutly fine now!! xxx hope this helps !!! xxx

HI Nov 06 mums, Just got a quick question. How much milk are your little ones drinking now and are you all switching to cows milk? Matthew only has two 200ml bottles a day and he doesn't always drink all of it. He does have yoghurt, cheese and extra milk on his cereal and in cooking but I'm not sure if he should be drinking more. I read somewhere they should still be having about 600ml of milk per day at this age. I am still using formula but will move to cows milk when this box is finished. Your thoughts on this will be appreciated. Claire

Hi my name is cheyl my little boy Jack was 1 on wednesday the 7th. i cant belive it been a year since i was pregnant with him and im amazed at how much he has changed from a little baby that did nothing but lie down to the little man who craws of at the speed of light to see who is at the door and sings away in the morning till i go and get him cant imagine how i will feel this time next year.

Hi I'm Claire, and have a little boy, Matthew who will be 1 on the 30th Nov. Can't believe that this time last year I was huge and waddling around. It's been an amazing year but I'm not sure when my little baby turned into such a little person I hope you have lovely 1st birthdays! Claire
