I lost 3 stone in 12 weeks, and I put it down to breastfeeding. I am still losing weight and my baby is 5months now, and I can fit into clothes I couldnt fit into before I had her.
I would walk with my daughter in her pram for about an hour or so everyday, trying to do the healthy 10000steps a day, and tbh thats all I really have done exercise wise x

hi everybody i m new in ur group.my daughter is 22 months and i stil got flabby loose tummy.i dont like myself and feel very depressed coz i cant loose my weight also .can anybody tell me wht do i need to do.
Hi all, I'm pretty new to this site and have to say that the weight was the hardest thing for me. I put on a whopping 4 and a half stone whilst pregnant and once I had my daughter I went from a size 18 to a size 26 as I was unable to excersise due to ill health, I was only a size 14/16 when I fell pregnant. It was only after several discussions with the doctor that they recommended Slimming World and gave me 12 weeks worth of vouchers to start me off. I've been at Slimming World for just over 6 weeks now and I've lost a massive 1 stone and 1lb, I can't believe I waited until my daughter was 2 to do something about it. Really I just wanted to say that if you really do want to do something about loosing weight and you find you cannot excercise (I still can't because of ill health, but try and walk a little way once a week) you soon loose the pounds and Slimming World and the likes really work.
Well done to you!!! I've never had a problem with my weight until after my second baby when I was diagnosed with post natal depression and was put on anti-depressants. The last things on my mind at the time was exercise but I wish I had. My diet is healthy due to my kids eating a healthy diet but as soon as I say im going on a diet, I seem to want to eat all the time!!!!!!!

Katherines, I know exactly how you feel. My son is 6 months old and I still have loads of weight to lose. My stomach is still a flabby baggy mess. I was hoping that at least that would have gone down by now. I was looking at the weight watchers website as my physiotherapist went down from size 14 to size 8 on following them. They have a new plan called Discovery where the give you foods to fill you up without using loads of points. I'm going to give it a go, I'll let you know how I get on!
Hi, weight watchers does work, my little one is 16months now and when I finally bit the bullet and decided to lose the baby weight I joined WW online and lost the 2&1/2 stone I needed to lose in 3months and I've managed to maintain this now for 4 months. Hope this helps
