my 9 week old only seems to sleep for 30 minutes at the most during the day if that at times. this means she irritable most of the trime. does anyone elsehave this problem or can anyone suggest something?
My friends little girl was exactly the same. She was awake all the time, compared to my son of the same age who slept for 4 hours at a time (they were born on the same day). The babies were complete opposites. Not sure why but she was always awake, irritable and a very sicky baby. My boy was always asleep, never cried and hardly ever sick. I think it just depends on the baby. She has got a bit better with age but more or less still gurny. I'm sorry but I can't suggest what to do, you will maybe just have to go with the flow.
