Pregnancy symptoms vary from woman to woman and some do not have any symptoms at all. Nausea and vomiting and breast tenderness have to be the most common symptoms along with missing a period that women get. I am sure that you have spoken to your GP as you have been trying for so long, if you have not I would definitely advise that you do.

Hello, i had extreme mood swings, my husband had a right ear bashng about eating with his mouth open and i just went on and on and thought im going to do a test as i am being really irrational, and it was positive, when i told my husband he said i was the same with my first , moody , irrational , and quite like a bad dose of pmt, i did have a bit of a swollen belly too, good luck x

hey, no not at all. i didn't have any implantation bleeding. in fact, i thought i'd started my period a day early, and only after 3 days of brown discharge i mentioned to my husband that i hadn't seen any blood so far that month, so did a test and got a positive. i would wait for your period due date and do a test, as the stress of wondering 'am i? aren't i?' could cause it to be late and not do you much good at all. good luck tho, and lots of baby dust to you x

I didnt have any implantation bleeding. I had very bad cramps though which I put down to implantation pain

is it necessary to notice implatation bleeding to confirm pregnancy.? i just noticed slightly heavy discharge for a day only or so cos i not normally have visible discharge.please talk to me.
