Hi I have just got the best birthday present ever. I found out I am 4 weeks pregnant and I'm still in shock (we have been trying for over 6 years)

hey all did a test yesterday turns out im four weeks pregnant apparently just gotta go to doctors to confirm shame im working for the next three days. i dont know how to feel at the moment feel sick really sick and i think half of that is nerves. im 20 and dont have a clue how to tell my boyfriend we been together for five years in six weeks but still dont know how hell react help!!!
Yay I am pregnant, didnt believe the first three tests!
Due in April but keep expecting to wake up and find out its a dream!
