failure to thrive???????

yea she should definately ask to see a different doctor!! and maybe just explain that she isnt gettin on wiv the tablets shes got and they should change them for her hope things get sorted soon xxxx

I try to be supportive but with my own one year old, job and my mum's health problems it's hard to find the time. I told she should go get a second opinion from different doctor coz he wont prescribe her any antidepressants except the ones she had before which caused her to halucinate constantly. Thanks for getting back to me really appreciate it. x

Hi, is it possible that you could go round there once or twice a week possibly and maybe help her with the flat or offer to take one or both children for an hour or so just to give her a break?,
and maybe u or another family member could go to the doctors with her,
u sound like a great sister and she will prob be grateful for ur support xx

hi I'm bit worried bout my 4 month old niece. she has only gained 1lb in a month and gets ill all the time- literally every other week recently she has an older brother aged 2 who also gets poorly alot and maybe that's why she gets poorly so often too. I know it's that time of year but autumn been quite mild so far. the kids have had so much upheavel recently- moved house my sister and her bloke spliting up and getting back together every few weeks and the flat is a mess. was wondering if anyone had any suggestions in how to help without upsetting my sister who seems to have postnatal depression and also has totally useless G.P who wont help?
