hi i am officially overdue! went to ante-natal clinic for appointment this am and a very sympathetic nurse said everything was fine- did i want a membrane sweep? "oh god yes!" was my reply! so at lunch time they 'sweeped me' and i'm just waiting for things to happen! if nothing happens over the weekend i have to go back monday for another! feels weird though, now i know it's going to be over soon- i'm more relaxed and just want to try and enjoy these last few days, instead of grumbling about how sore i am! does this happen with elective caesareans too? when you know when it will happen and can sort of prepare mentally for it?!
