Stomach pains

I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and have been suffering stomach pains on and off since finding out. I had horrendouse morning sickness with my daughter which I haven't had this time, although last night I was sick and had bad guts ache afterwards. The thing is I've done Pilates for 6 years so have strong abdominal muscles, and tend to hold them in without even realising I'm doing it so that may be the problem but it's hard to kick the habit of keeping a good posture. I don't have any bleeding and am assuming it's just twinges of my uterus expanding but I'm finding it rather uncomfortable. I've got my booking in appointment on Monday but thought I would ask on here first :)

I've heard too that cramps can be caused by your uterus stretching and I think the important thing is you aren't bleeding, but maybe you should talk to your midwife for reassurance.

I had really bad stomach cramps up to about 14 or 15 weeks pregnant but when i went for my 1st scan at 13 weeks they said everything was fine & the cramps were just due to my uterus stretching..
I am almost 21 weeks now & still get the odd twinge every now & again x
